You are quoted and invoiced in euros by a registered Belgian company. Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU with a VAT number pay no Belgian VAT (reverse charge), businesses outside the EU pay no VAT at all. A redesign or rebuild is often the best value. I review what you have, keep what works (content, rankings, domain) and rebuild the rest in fast, clean code.
