1. Identity of the company
CyberNinja is a trade name of the company JUNO Z&B VOF, with registered office at Schaapsbeemdenweg 8, 2400 Mol, Belgium. Registered in the Belgian Register of Legal Entities (RPR Antwerp, Turnhout division) under company number 1019.892.246, VAT number BE 1019.892.246.
2. Retention of title and intellectual property
All services and products delivered by CyberNinja, including but not limited to source code, graphic designs, content and configurations, remain the exclusive intellectual property of JUNO Z&B VOF until paid for in full.
Ownership of the delivered goods and the rights to use the delivered services pass to the client only after full payment of the principal amount, interest and any costs. Until then, the client may not reproduce, modify or transfer the source code or designs to third parties.
3. Payment terms
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice (by default 14 days after the invoice date).
- If the client is a business and an invoice is not paid by its due date, late-payment interest is due by operation of law and without prior notice of default, at the statutory interest rate for commercial transactions.
- In addition, that business owes a fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of EUR 125, without prejudice to the right to prove higher damages.
- If the client is a consumer, Book XIX of the Belgian Code of Economic Law applies: the consumer first receives a free reminder with at least 14 calendar days to pay. Only after that can interest and compensation be charged, within the statutory limits.
4. Complaints and disputes
Complaints about delivered services or invoices must be submitted in writing, with reasons, within 8 calendar days of delivery or of the invoice date.
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of the registered office (Antwerp, Turnhout division) have exclusive jurisdiction.
5. Duration and cancellation (hosting, domains and maintenance)
Hosting, domain and maintenance agreements are entered into for periods of one year and are tacitly renewed for one year at a time. The client may cancel at any time, free of charge and without a cancellation fee, by emailing info@cyberninja.be.
- After cancellation, the next renewal is cancelled immediately; the agreement is not renewed.
- Periods that have already been committed with our suppliers (such as the registrar or data center) for the current year at the time of cancellation remain due and run until the end of that yearly period. Example: if hosting was renewed on 1 March for one year and the client cancels on 1 April, the service continues until the end of that paid year and then stops automatically, without any new invoice.
- At the end of the agreement, CyberNinja provides reasonable cooperation in transferring the domain name and website files to the client or a new provider, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid.
6. Privacy and GDPR
JUNO Z&B VOF undertakes to respect the privacy of its clients in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We guarantee discretion and apply security best practices in all IT work. How we handle personal data, cookies and AI is described in our privacy policy (in Dutch).
Duty to report:
Data breaches or irregularities relating to the processing of personal data must be reported in writing without delay to info@cyberninja.be.

All our services are subject to the general terms and conditions of JUNO Z&B VOF. Title is retained until full payment. Late payment by a business incurs interest and a 10% fixed compensation; for consumers, Book XIX of the Belgian Code of Economic Law applies.
